Scope of Policy
This return policy applies exclusively to orders delivered within India. At this time, we do not accept returns or exchanges for international orders.
Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- The product is defective or not as described
- The product is non-defective but the customer is unsatisfied
Conditions:
- Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product.
- The item must be unused, in new condition, and returned with all original tags, packaging, and accessories.
- Products that are used, damaged, or altered in any way will not be accepted for return.
Exchange Policy
We currently do not accept exchanges. Customers are requested to return the original item and place a new order if a different size, color, or variant is required.
Return Methods
We offer two return options:

In-store Return
Products can be returned at our physical location. Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is required at the time of return. -
Return by Mail
A prepaid return label is included in every shipment. Customers are requested to repackage the item securely and return it via the designated courier.
Fees and Refund Process
- Return Shipping: Free of charge using the provided label.
- Restocking Fees: No restocking or handling charges.
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
- Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 14 business days from the date we receive and inspect the returned item.
Non-Returnable Items
Returns will not be accepted under the following circumstances:
- The return is initiated beyond the 7-day return window.
- The product is used, damaged, or not returned in its original condition.
- The product was purchased under final sale or clearance with a no-return disclaimer.
